POUND FORCE – ALAN DUNCAN MP GETS A NEW GARDEN FEATURE

www.dontpaniconline.com Alan Duncan, the Conservative MP who is supposed to oversee the party's policy on expenses, claimed £127658 under the second home allowance and almost £4000 on gardening expenses. Alan made his millions in the oil industry before he became an MP working for the decidedly unethical Vitol, a company that dealt with apartheid South Africa, did business with Serbian war criminals and was mixed up in the oil-for-food scandal. Up until a few weeks ago Alan also held a position at Arawak Energy an exploration company owned by Vitol where he earned £35000 for 20 days work a year. Plus I'm sure he earns a fair bit for poncing about on Have I Got News For You. So the fellow's not short of a bob or two. Fearing that Alan might spend more of our hard earned money, we went down to his home in Rutland and Melton to offer him a free hand with the gardening and to give him a fetching new pound sign garden feature. While there we made some disturbing discoveries. www.dontpaniconline.com Produced by Heydon Prowse Filmed and edited by William Pine with lots of help from Abigail Balfe

How do scumbags like him keep getting elected? There are so many idiot partisan voters out there who will vote for a party regardless of the candidate standing.

ones having to payback expenses are the ones that can’t afford it. The ones who dont claim have a massive salary and don’t have too.

Browns basic is a min of £250,000 a year + home and his clothes (£5,000 suits) paid for

PM and an MP posts should be an honor and the pay should be low for that privalege. They should be low paid and thankful they work for us

nobdy ever comments anything good about these politicians so i ask this question –
who votes then in because nobody likes any of them

£12k is more than some people take home a year

alan duncan is a tory without scruples – david cameron should demote him immediately.

Considering it was primarily an attempt to assassinate the King (James 1st), your statement doesn’t really make sense. Unless you don’t like the Queen..

You act as if the two are distinguishable :P

The west sharing a parasitic relationship with the developing world in order to preserve its living standards; that’s Imperialism and Capitalism… they’re intertwined.

mr duncan he say like live on
survive ration s
well for i am on jsa and of work

Good effort that man!

a beautiful way of making the views of the British general public felt without resorting to violence. The power of youtube combines to make this act reach as many people as possible without cost and with maximum humilation of Alan Duncan. This is the way forward.

Money is not the answer to every social evil that exists whether through layers of dogmatic legislation or bureaucratic blending or both, it requires a social consciousness, a renaissance beyond the political pendulum, which all parties are blind too, except with the Alan Duncans, its a case of manipulation to suit heir own pockets, any honest attempt or contribution by the Alan Duncans and other fat cats of this world to make society progress at least 1% is pathetic

No offense mate but capitalism doesn’t exist in the western world. Its just fascism with a face lift.

they are all at it they make me sick….. why the heck do we celebrate guy fawkes night should we not be in mourning instead?

By Lepresean on May 17th, 2010 at 4:06 am

It’s not coming out now because of Labour bringing in laws which made it public. It’s coming out now because it was leaked to the Telegraph. Left to their own devices, governments would have kept this covered up for ever.

i hope the money they left on that tree was not real money, that prat duncan needs no more of it….

By swirlykid229 on May 17th, 2010 at 5:01 am

This is what they need! If they take the peoples money, then the people should be allowed to do this! and no, it is nothing to do with the Iluminati…

By Henners1991 on May 17th, 2010 at 5:49 am

Don’t think the Conservatives will be any different; these expenses claims have been going on for years: The MPs are a class group, and when it comes to their own self-interests they are strictly non-partisan.

By Henners1991 on May 17th, 2010 at 6:45 am

Why do you leap to *that* conclusion instead of saying it’s simply because of capitalism?

The reason people starve is so we can get cheap labour to fuel our lifestyles over here…. The rich will always try to focus the wealth and that applies on an international scale as well…

It’s not some stupid coordinated “illuminati”… it’s the class system…

Well Done. 10 out of 10 for thinking this up.

By ShortsGardens on May 17th, 2010 at 8:07 am

Oi Duncan, try living on 500 pounds a month you cunt.

By tonyrome67 on May 17th, 2010 at 8:22 am

All this crap about it being a Labour/New Labour problem is pathetic. Alan Duncan is a Tory! This ridiculous expenses ‘system’ has been in place for decades and was going on throughout the Conservatives 18 YEARS in power. The only reason it’s coming out now is that Labour brought in laws which made the information public. If it wasn’t for them, it would still be going on!
